Wrongful arrest

If you were imprisoned in the course of proceedings and detained as a result of the  remand in detention, and after towards you after you were acquitted or judgment of dismissal of the case, then you have right on the compensation. 

Detention and arrest for which compensation should be entitled “undoubtedly unfair” character, which means that such measures are generally in relation to the injured person should not be used or should not last long.

The limitation period for claims under arbitrary arrest 1 year from the date  termination of production of the decree. 

In case of wrongful arrest claim expires one year from the date of dismissal.
